The agreement between you and IPropertyPro when you use our platform.
This document is a plain-language template provided for the IPropertyPro platform. It is not legal advice — have it reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it in production.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the IPropertyPro platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling the two-factor authentication and passkey options available on every account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the actions of every user you invite to your agency workspace.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Plans, billing & renewals
The Service is offered on a free Starter plan and paid Village, Town and City plans. Paid plans are billed per agency, in advance, on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
- Plan limits (such as active-listing and storage caps) apply as described on the pricing page.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or infringing listings or content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Use the Service to send spam or to scrape data without authorisation;
- Resell or white-label the Service except where your plan expressly permits it.
5. Your content & listings
You retain ownership of the listings, images, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display and — where you enable syndication — distribute Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish Your Content, including any images and third-party materials.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by IPropertyPro and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as permitted.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties — including payment processing, cloud storage and portal syndication channels. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Availability & support
We work hard to keep the Service available and target high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support levels vary by plan as described on the pricing page. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will endeavour to minimise disruption.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, you may export Your Content in line with the tools available on your plan for a reasonable period.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPropertyPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
